A CSV file is a text file which stores tabular data in plain text. CSV files can be opened up in a spreadsheet application such as Excel. Every report can be downloaded as a CSV file.
At the bottom right of the report screen, you’ll see the Download .CSV button. Clicking this button will either open a dialog box asking where you want the file saved, or download the file directly to your default directory depending on your browser settings.
From there you can perform further editing, formatting, calculations, chart creation, etc. like any other spreadsheet.
